A Tasty New Menu
The Burrata
The tasting of Brio’s new menu started off with a magnificent burrata. This one was extra creamy and served with two slices of warm toast. In fact, it was so delicious I even made a video! What an indulgence!
The Mains
The lunch experience continued with a buttered and seasoned lobster tail. Following came the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. These I must say were one of my favorites! They were served with haricot vert, crispy fingerling potatoes, creamy horseradish, and roasted peppers. Later on came the Espresso Rubbed Ribeye. This one was also on the top of my list. It was extra juicy and perfectly grilled, and the hint of coffee made it magnificent! Last came the juicy Tuscan Grilled Pork Chops. If you are a pork lover then these are definitely for you!
The Side Dishes
One of the nice features of the new menu is the wide variety of sides you can now choose from. You can pair many of the dishes with the side that you like the most! One of these sides is the Maple Balsamic Brussel Sprouts. These were sweet and crisp, quite delicious! Another mouthwatering side is the Fingerling Potatoes Brio. These are golden fried and extra crispy, you will definitely enjoy! The White Bean and Escarole Ragout is one that definitely surprised me. It initially may not sound very appealing, but like the waiter told me during my visit: “It is one that you will definitely finish and want more!” I must say that he was absolutely right.
