1. Leynia

From Argentina to Miami, what an explosion of flavors! Located inside the Delano Hotel in South Beach, Leynia brings a fusion of upscale Argentinean and Asian cuisine. Tables are located outside for a perfect Miami evening. Well ventilated and fresh, you can enjoy your Miami Spice dinner with the views of Delano’s back yard. Check out the menu images below!

  2. Salmon Cones: yuzu kosho, wasabi, caviar

2. Palme d’Or

Bonjour Miami, it’s time for a French dinner! And what better place to do so than at luxurious Palme d’Or? Located inside the Biltmore hotel in Coral Gables, Palme d’Or offers a spectacular Miami Spice menu with a variety of selections! The atmosphere is outstanding – it feels like a dinner in Paris. The service was outstanding, and the overall ambiance was great. Below are the photos for the Miami Spice items, pick & choose your favorites and enjoy… with a glass of rosé!

  1. Starting Bread: Served warm and sprinkled with thick sea salt
  2. L’hamachi: hamachi tartar, heart of palm, avocado, sesame vinaigrette
  3. Le Poulpe: grilled spanish octopus, fresh garbanzo salad, tomato, chorizo, basquaise sauce, panisse
  4. Le Cabillaud d’Alaska: alaskan black cod, leeks, grapefruit, coconut milk
  5. Le Filet De Boeuf (+$25): prime beef tenderloin, potato soufflées, bordelaise porcini, lobster béarnaise
  6. Le Chariot De Fromages Affinés (SUPP +7): selection of international cheeses
  7. La Fôret Noire: chocolate sponge, mascarpone mousse, illanka valrhona, brandy cherry

3. Blue Ribbon Sushi

For those of us who are sushi lovers, this one is going to be a must! All the way from New York City, Blue Ribbon Sushi now open inside the Plymouth Hotel in Miami Beach offers a delicious Spice menu. They feature fresh sushi, sashimi, and usuzukuri, all the way to a variety of entrees including warm fried chicken and grilled salmon teriyaki.

Spice Menu Items:

  1. Kanpachi Usuzukuri: thinly sliced amberjack, yuzu pepper and yuzu ponzu
  2. Sushi & Spicy Tuna Roll: tuna, salmon, yellowtail, albacore, whitefish, mackerel, shrimp and choice of 1 roll (california, tuna, spicy tuna, or cucumber)
  3. Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken: bathed in wasabi honey
  4. Salmon Teriyaki: bean sprouts, watercress and teriyaki
  5. Key Lime Pie with Yuzu: with oreo crust and vanilla ice cream
  6. Poke & Chips (regular menu only)
  7. Salmon Serrano (regular menu only)

4. Toro Toro

Feeling a bit more adventurous? Toro Toro will not disappoint. It is located inside the famous Intercontinental Hotel in Miami, and features a great local atmosphere including a live DJ. The food and drinks are delicious, and the desserts… WOW. Below you will find images of some of the dishes I had from the Spice menu!

  2. Lomo Saltado Empanadas: beef tenderloin, soy sauce, avocado sauce, mozzarella

  4. Charcoal Pork Belly: smoked chipotle aioli, baby arugula, heirloom tomatoes

5. Byblos

Love mediterranean food? Byblos is located inside of the Shorecrest building in Miami Beach and offers a wide variety of flavorful dishes and drinks! The dining area is a colorful room with Mediterranean-style decor. Enjoy a table inside or in the patio (for those cooler Miami evenings), and get ready to sip and munch! If you are a fan of American cuisine, wait until you try Mondrian’s dishes with a VIEW! Serving an assortment of different creations for Miami Spice, one of the definite highlights of the restaurant is the spectacular sunsets.

  1. Braised Short Rib: aligot mashed potatoes, roasted baby roots, crispy onions and red wine jus
  2. Crispy Skin Snapper: creamy coconut rice and garlic bok choy
